How to explain the ways in which Civil Disobedience works to affect radical change based upon the historical record. This talk will look at a number of tactics used by Extinction Rebellion (XR) and their criticisms. The purpose is to better communicate the strategy of XR so that others can confidently speak about the theory of change.
